Sutton Celebrates Recognition at the 2025 International Architecture & Design Awards 

Vancouver, BC – May 28th, 2025 — The International Architecture & Design Awards (IADA), organised by the Architecture & Design Community (ADC), has announced the winners of its 2025 edition. With more than 300 shortlisted entries from over 45 countries, IADA continues to highlight the very best in contemporary architecture and design.

This year, Sutton’s new brand identity received the Platinum award in the Branded Content category for the outstanding project Sutton Real Estate Brand Identity, designed by Étude Digital. This honour reflects a strong commitment to creative excellence and innovation in the built environment.

Esteemed Jury Panel

Each submission was carefully reviewed by a distinguished international jury, composed of professionals known for their creativity, rigour, and contributions to the global design dialogue.
