Mary Chik

I’ve lived in Richmond since childhood, and it’s a community I’ve always been proud to call home. My area of expertise is residential real estate, with a particular interest in helping younger clients navigate the process of purchasing their first home. Buying a home can be an overwhelming experience, especially when it’s your first time. I take a straightforward, step-by-step approach to explaining how everything works, from understanding the market and finding the right property to making an offer and completing the purchase. My goal is give my clients enough information so they can make an informed decision and feel confident about their choices. Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my dog and getting out for a motorcycle ride whenever I can.
