James Innis brings a substantial background in real estate, technology, and capital markets from his experiences in Canada, the UK, and Germany. With a successful track record including transformative transactions worth over $300 million, James has previously excelled as Managing Director at R-LABS, where he led strategic development and investments in groundbreaking real estate technologies.
James' experience is further complemented by his role on the Board of Directors at Assembly, a Canadian leader in modular mass timber housing. He also has an excellent background in financial services, insurance technology, and investment banking, which will serve Sutton Group well as we grow. James' vast operational and transactional expertise will significantly enhance Sutton’s technology strategy and corporate growth.
