Ross McCredie is an experienced residential real estate entrepreneur and executive with a successful 20-year track record in Canada and the United States. Serving as the principal of McCredie Investments, a boutique investment and advisory firm, Ross focuses on investing in real estate companies and advanced real estate technologies.

In 2020, Ross founded RealWealth, an early-stage wealth management platform for real estate and tangible assets, which was sold to Voxtur Analytics (TSX: $VXTR) in 2021. Previously, in 2016, he served as Chief Global Strategist of Pacific Union and CEO of its subsidiary, The Mark Company. Ross was instrumental in the industry-changing sale of Pacific Union to Compass, creating the largest independent real estate brokerage in the United States.

In 2011, Ross co-founded Dundee 360, a global real estate investment company specializing in development, sales/marketing, and asset management, with projects in Croatia, Cuba, France, China, the United States, South Korea, and Canada. In 2004, he founded Sotheby’s International Realty Canada, growing it to 900 agents and 40 offices, generating over $25 billion in real estate sales before selling it to Dundee in 2015.
